Eisenhower Silver Dollars Chest Set
Dwight D. Eisenhower, the first General and the 34th President of the United States, was known as having a broad grin and friendly manner that put almost anyone at ease. As a General, he became the Supreme Commander of the Allied Armies in Europe, and as President he dedicated himself to working for peace.
Although the Eisenhower Dollar was only minted from 1971 to 1978, and was part of our “Clad Coin Era”, our Government did produce a limited supply with an overall 40% silver content! These large silver coins were only minted from 1971 to 1976 by the San Francisco Mint in Brilliant Uncirculated and Proof conditions!
Each heirloom Collection is sold with ten genuine San Francisco Mint issues including the scarce 1973-S issue. Each silver dollar is sealed in an individual clear lucite protective capsule. All ten silver coins are displayed against a push royal blue lining in a hand-polished solid wood collectors display chest. This collection is also sold with a genuine $1.00 silver certificate in Crisp Uncirculated condition.
